Capano Management is very pleased to announce the expansion of our Human Resources department with the addition of Amanda Jones. As Head of Human Resources, Amanda oversees all HR functions and is responsible for the strategic direction of talent management initiatives, benefits design, employee relations and engagement, training and development, culture, and the total employee experience at Capano Management.

Prior to joining Capano, Amanda served as Director of HR for a Global Software company, partnering with stakeholders to develop effective HR initiatives and promote innovation across a variety of departments and countries. Amanda has 15 years of progressive experience in HR compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, technology and information systems, and policy and procedure development. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Executive Network.

Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Saint Joseph’s University and received her Professional Human Resource Management Certification from Villanova University.
