Certara®, a global leader in helping pharmaceutical companies develop new drugs and treatments, leased the remaining 20,000 square feet. Certara will join Bank of America in filling out the 60,000 square feet of Class-A office space at the intersection of Route 48 and Centerville Road outside of Wilmington.
“This is a brand-new, Class-A office building in a location that offers great accessibility for employees and clients alike,” said Louis Capano III, the third generation to head Delaware’s leading real estate development company. “Little Falls provides flexibility for companies and their employees to easily serve their customers in an area that is also already recognized as a business hub.”
“Two long-term leases from global leaders in their respective industries further strengthens the Delaware economy,” said Capano. “We’re excited to have them as a tenant and have the space secured well into the future.” Capano completed the construction of its office space at Little Falls in 2018, and Bank of America moved in shortly thereafter. Bank of America named its Little Falls facility the Bank of America Greenville Financial Center. Capano expects Certara to move into their space November 1.
