Jesika arrives with an impressive 15-year track record of progressive leadership in property management. Most recently, she excelled as the Regional Director of Property Management at Sterling Organization, where she optimized performance and revenues while nurturing strong tenant and community relationships. Previously, Jesika served as an Asset Manager with Kite Realty Group, further enriching her expertise.

A proven collaborator with high emotional intelligence, Jesika brings a multifaceted skill set to our team – including maximizing net operating income, cultivating effective staff development initiatives, conducting astute financial analysis and budgeting, and ESG initiatives.

Jesika’s commitment to professional growth is underscored by her active involvement with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Her passion for cultural exploration has taken her to over 45 countries worldwide, fostering a global mindset.

A resident of Philadelphia, Jesika is deeply engaged in her local community. Her infectious enthusiasm, coupled with extensive knowledge and a drive to create positive change, position her as an invaluable addition to Capano Management.
