Capano Management proudly welcomes Mike Turick as our Senior Director of Commercial Properties. In this pivotal role, Mike and his dedicated team are entrusted with the day-to-day oversight of our extensive portfolio consisting of 3M+ sq. ft of office and retail assets. 

Prior to joining the Capano Management team, Mike served a tenure of 19 years at The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) – a prominent player in the Mid-Atlantic region’s commercial real estate sector. BPG provided valuable experience and learning opportunities for Mike throughout his career journey. During his time at BPG, he held a range of pivotal roles – ultimately reaching the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this capacity, Mike played a significant role in overseeing the diverse portfolio of commercial investments. His responsibilities encompassed acquisition, rigorous underwriting, strategic financing, effective leasing strategies, meticulous property management and the judicious disposition of assets.

Before his tenure at BPG, Mike contributed as an analyst at the Washington D.C. office of Studley, Inc., a renowned commercial brokerage firm (now under the Savills US umbrella) with a strong focus on tenant needs and solutions.

Mike’s academic foundation is equally impressive, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics from the esteemed Swarthmore College. Furthermore, he is a licensed salesperson in the state of Delaware, showcasing his commitment to excellence in all aspects of the real estate industry.
