Join us in welcoming Rich Emge, the newest member of Capano Management! Rich joined our team in 2022 as General Counsel and is already making a significant impact.

In his role, Rich participates in a variety of processes, including acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, financing, and investment management. He also oversees the activities of the various outside counsel used by Capano Management.

Prior to joining Capano Management, Rich gained valuable experience as a member of the real estate departments at Cozen O’Connor and Wolf Block. He also served as a Senior Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Wilmington, Delaware. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to his professional commitments, Rich is a member of the Board of Directors of Housing Alliance Delaware and formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Parking Authority. We are excited to have Rich on board and look forward to all that he will bring to Capano Management.
