Capano Management Acquires 733 Chestnut Street as Organization Continues Strategic Growth Across the Mid-Atlantic

Capano Management has expanded its growing Philadelphia portfolio with the acquisition of 733 Chestnut Street, a five-story, 99,000-square-foot mixed-use property in the heart of Center City. The property includes 275 parking spaces spanning the ground floor through the fifth floor, along with 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, adding another strategically located asset to the company’s expanding commercial portfolio.

The acquisition of 733 Chestnut Street reflects Capano Management’s continued investment in strategically located commercial and mixed-use assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic, while the recent acquisitions of The Arch Luxury Apartments and Rittenhouse Row Apartments under the Capano Residential brand have further strengthened the organization’s presence in Center City Philadelphia.

Beyond Philadelphia, Capano Management is advancing several transformative projects, including the redevelopment of 1400 Aliceanna Street in Fells Point within Baltimore’s Harbor East, where a partially completed apartment community is being reimagined as a luxury mixed-use destination “The Busby”, and Belle Meade in Lewes, Delaware, a 40-acre mixed-use community that will feature 11 residential buildings, more than 300 apartment homes, four mixed-use buildings with ground-floor retail, a community clubhouse, and a standalone retail component.

Capano’s investment activity also extends beyond multifamily development. Following its acquisition of 333 Belrose restaurant on Philadelphia’s Main Line, the company recently completed an extensive renovation and celebrated the restaurant’s reopening. In partnership with renowned designer Barbara Gisel, 333 Belrose was thoughtfully reimagined to deliver an elevated dining experience that blends timeless design, refined hospitality, and exceptional cuisine, creating one of the region’s premier culinary destinations. Together, these strategic investments underscore Capano Management’s commitment to thoughtful growth across the Mid-Atlantic through the acquisition, development, and repositioning of premier real estate assets that deliver enduring value for residents, businesses, and the communities it serves.”
