Capano Management is proud to announce the addition of Adriano Calvanese as Director of Commercial Properties, bringing a wealth of experience across brokerage, acquisitions, development, and asset and property management to the team.

In this role, Adriano will draw on his broad industry background to support and strengthen Capano Management’s commercial portfolio, cultivating the high-value relationships and strategic partnerships that drive successful project outcomes. His expertise spans ground-up developments, adaptive-reuse initiatives, and day-to-day property and asset management, making him a well-rounded addition to the team at every stage of the real estate lifecycle.

Adriano began his career in brokerage with CBRE, one of the most recognized names in commercial real estate, before transitioning into sourcing acquisition and development opportunities for prominent private development companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Over the course of his career, he has consistently delivered value for his partners and stakeholders, combining market knowledge with a results-driven approach.

Adriano is a graduate of LaSalle University and holds a current Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokerage License, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professionalism and excellence in the industry.

Outside of work, Adriano resides in Medford Lakes with his wife and two daughters.
