Somerset Crossing is one of Capano’s newest projects in the growing Maryland market. It is located in a lighted intersection of Highway 13 in Princess Anne and Rt 822- University of Maryland- Eastern Shore Boulevard.
The development will feature a Royal Farms and Wendy’s Burgers at the main entrance.
Future development will include additional pad sites, retail shopping center and plans for hotel/ conference center as well as a 42,000sf medical/professional office building.
Royal Farms is NOW OPEN and Wendy’s is planned for 2025 opening.
