20,000 square feet of newly constructed office space is available in new Bank of America Greenville Financial Center outside Wilmington

Capano Management today announced that a full floor of high-end office space is now available at Little Falls, a new construction commercial complex located at the intersection of Route 48 and Centerville Road. The available space is 20,000 square feet.

A financial hub on the edge of Wilmington, Little Falls is already home to Artisan’s Bank, Bank of America’s Wealth Management Division, Corporation Service Company’s global headquarters, Fidelity and Morgan Stanley. With 40,000 of square feet leased in the building, Bank of America will name this commercial corridor the Bank of America Greenville Financial Center.

“Wilmington is already home to some of the region’s largest financial services institutions,” said Louis Capano III. “What Little Falls provides, in addition to a newly constructed, fresh space, is flexibility for these companies and their employees to easily reach more customers.”

Plans to redevelop the former Hercules Country Club, which sits just one mile from Little Falls, are underway and expected to bring 262 new single-family homes to the area.

In addition to accessibility, another benefit of Little Falls’ location is its ample underground and covered parking for tenants and guests.

The available floor will be ready for tenant fit-out in February 2018, when the building receives its shell Certificate of Occupancy and Bank of America begins its installation.
